3. Korean Nursing Work Environment Scale (K-NWES)
K-NWES comprised four factors: Institutional support, Head nurses’ leadership, work system, relationship with coworkers, respectively. The total number of items was 30. Responses to each item are measured on a 5-point Likert-type scale (1 = Not at all, 2 = A little bit, 3 = Moderately, 4 = Quite a bit, 5 = Extremely). The total K-NWES score can be between 30 and 150.
