4. Person-centered Critical Care Nursing (PCCN)
PCCN comprised four factors: compassion, individuality, respect, and comfort, respectively. The total number of items was 15. Responses to each item are measured on a 5-point Likert-type scale (1 = Not at all, 2 = A little bit, 3 = Moderately, 4 = Quite a bit, 5 = Extremely), and the survey takes approximately 5~10 min. The total PCCN score can be between 15 and 75.
